Petrochemical industry rapid development,ABC company as a member of the global chemical industry,faced with increasingly fierce competition. The purpose of this study is to optimize the procurement process,ABC company strengthen supplier management,establish a scientific and reasonable,standardized procurement mode. For ABC company purchasing process management in supplier selection,vendor code application,supplier evaluation process such as part of the existing problems,the use of professional process analysis tools,the company ＇s purchasing process and effective decomposition,from theoretical and operational level in the face of ABC company purchasing process optimization research,explore a conducive to efficient feasible scheme of procurement and basis in the future.
