新企业成长问题是待深入剖析的重要理论问题。本文基于199家新企业调查数据，对我国新企业创业导向、动态能力与企业成长的内在关系进行了实证检验。结果表明：新企业创业导向受新企业属性等因素影响；新企业创业导向对企业的成长水平具有贡献作用，而动态能力在其中具有中介作用，企业经济结构等因素具有调节作用。
英文摘要：
The problem of new ventures＇ growth is an important issue need to be deeply analyzed urgently. Basing on research data of 199 domestic new ventures, this paper does empirical test .on the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities and finn growth of new ventures in China. It proves that ： new ventures＇ entrepreneurial orientation is effected by attributes of new ventures, economic structure and other factors; new ventures＇ entrepreneurial orientation has evident effect on dynamic capability and direct contribution on firm growth; dynamic capability has part mediating effect, and ventures＇ economic structure and other factors perform certain moderating effect among the above relation.
