苜蓿多糖（alfalfa polysaccharides,APS）是豆科牧草紫花苜蓿中提取的植物活性多糖,性质稳定,含葡萄糖、甘露糖、鼠李糖等活性成分,通过促进畜禽免疫器官的生长和淋巴细胞的增殖转化来提高畜禽的免疫功能,通过清除自由基起到抗氧化作用。另外苜蓿多糖还具有抗肿瘤、抗感染、降血脂、降血糖、抗菌、消炎等多种生物学功能。因其提取来源丰富且无毒害作用而倍受学者们的关注,本文对苜蓿多糖在畜禽饲料中的应用研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要：
Alfalfa polysaccharides（APS） is a kind of active polysaccharide extracted from leguminous forage alfalfa,and it is very stable containing glucose,mannose,rhamnose and other active ingredients.APS can improve the immune function of livestock and poultry by promoting the growth of animal immune organs and the proliferation and transformation of lymphocytes,and it also has the antioxidant function by eliminating free radicals in animal.Besides,APS has functions of anti-tumor,anti-infections,lowering blood lipids and glucose,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,etc.Much more scholars have been attracted by its abundant resources and toxic-free property.This article summarized the research progresses of APS in livestock and poultry feeds.
