Decision-making activities exist throughout the whole life cycle of large-scale project. Using Multi-Agent modeling method,this paper abstracts four types of Agent in decision-making process of large-scale project based on life cycle management; it sets the negotiation model,then puts forward dynamic Multi-Agent decision-making process to provide reference to decision-making of large-scale project.
