采用CuCl2·2H2O和苄胺(摩尔比为1∶4)的络合物作为氧化偶合试剂,甲醇作溶剂,室温下以取代2-萘酚与2-萘胺为原料进行氧化偶合反应,以中等产率得到一批结构新颖的含取代基的NOBIN类似物,目标产物以沉淀析出,反应后处理简单。产物结构经核磁、质谱确证。
A serious of substituted NOBIN compounds were synthesized from substituted 2-naphthol and2-naphthylamine in methanol solvent at room temperature,using the Cu Cl2·2H2O / benzylamine complex with molar ratio of 1∶ 4 as a catalyst. The product with mediate yields was purified by precipitation. The chemical structure was characterized using NMR spectroscopy and FAB-MS analysis.
