简要介绍了无铅压电陶瓷的研究进展,重点介绍了BaTiO3(BT)基、钛酸铋钠(BNT)基和铋层状无铅压电陶瓷的性能。分析了掺杂改性对BNT基和铋层状无铅压电陶瓷压电性能的影响,详细对比了无铅压电陶瓷的制备方法,为改进工艺提高压电性能提供了理论支持。展望了BT基压电材料在热喷涂领域的应用前景,并分析了亟待解决的问题。
The research development of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics is briefly introduced, and the performance of BY, BNT and bismuth layered lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are mainly introduced, and the effects of different modification methods on piezoelectric performance of the BNT and bismuth layered lead-flee piezoelectric ceramic are analyzed. The preparation methods are constrasted in detail, which will provides theoretical supports to improve the piezoelectric properties. And the application of BT piezoelectric materials in the field of thermal spraying is prospected and problems to be solved are analyzed.
