知识产权战略是我国企业所大力实施的一项竞争性战略。知识产权战略体系解析是提高知识产权战略绩效的有效策略。我国知识产权战略体系包括知识产权开发、知识产权保护、知识产权运营与知识产权创新四个要素。借助于验证性因子分析，经验性的研究揭示了知识产权战略体系的内涵，发现了我国企业知识产权战略实施的优势及不足，从而为知识产权实施策略的改进提供了明确的方向。
英文摘要：
The intellectual property strategy is a strong competitive strategy to be implemented in China＇s enterprise. The analysis of intellectual property strategy system is an effective measure to improve its performance. The intellectual property system includes intellectual property development, intellectual property protection, intellectual property operation and intellectual property innovation of four elements in China＇s enterprise. Empirical research reveals the content of intellectual property system and finds its advantage and disadvantage by means of confirmatory factor analysis, which may provide a clear direction for implementation of its execution.
