为优化矿山企业安全投资结构和提高安全效益,采用Euclid关联度对灰色关联分析法进行改进,进行矿山安全投资方案决策.首先分析某矿山2001-2010年的安全分项投资和事故总损失额,取事故总损失额的减少值作为参考序列,以安全投资费用中的安全技术措施费、宣传教育措施费、日常安全管理投资、工业卫生投资与劳保用品投资等五个分项投资为比较序列,计算出各投资分项的灰色Euclid关联度,最后根据关联度大小进行排序,进而确定安全投资的方向.结果表明,宣传教育投资与事故总损失额减少值的Euclid关联度值0.903为最大,该矿山应以加大宣传教育投资力度为主要措施,降低事故经济损失.
In order to optimize the safety investment structure and improve the safety benefit of mine enterprise, the enterprise safety investment selection was researched using gray correlation analysis improved by Euclid correla- tion degree. Firstly, safety subentry investments and accident losses of a mine from 2001 to 2010 were analyzed. Secondly, the total accident loss reduction value was selected as the reference sequence. And the five aspects of the safety investment costs, such as safety technique costs, propaganda education investment, daily safety management investment, industry health investment and appliances investment for labor protection were selected as the compari- son sequence. Then the grey Euclid correlation degree of each investment item was calculated. Finally, by the corre- lation degree sequencing, the safety investment direction was determined. The results showed that the correlation value of propaganda education investment to accident loss reduction is 0. 903, which was the largest one. The mine enterprise should strengthen propaganda education investment to reduce accident economic loss.
