[目的/意义]为探究科研团队隐性知识共享行为的影响因素。[方法/过程]从个体意愿、组织制度(领导支持)和群体文化(面子,人情,集体主义)的多重视角出发,提出研究假设并构建理论模型。以10多所高校100多个科研团队为样本采用问卷调查的方式收集研究数据,获得302份有效问卷并利用Smart PLS 2.0对模型进行检验。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,助人愉悦感正向促进科研团队个体成员的隐性知识共享意愿,知识的个人所有权和感知知识权利丧失负向抑制个体成员的隐性知识共享意愿;隐性知识共享意愿、组织制度和群体文化均正向促进个体成员的隐性知识共享行为,组织制度和群体文化对个体成员知识共享行为的影响效果显著高于团队成员的个体共享意愿。
[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to explore influencing factors of tacit knowledge sharing behaviour in research teams.[Method/process] The paper proposes hypotheses and constructs research model from multi-perspectives,including individual intention,organizational system( leader support) and group culture( face,favour and collectivism).The paper adopts the method of questionnaire to collect data from more than 100 research teams in 10 universities in China,which obtain 302 effective questionnaires and verify the model by using Smart PLS 2.0.[Result/conclusion] The result shows that,enjoyment of helping has a positive effect on members' tacit knowledge sharing intention,while self-ownership of knowledge and perceived loss of knowledge power negatively influences members' tacit knowledge sharing intention.The members' tacit knowledge sharing behaviour is positively influenced by all of individual intention,organizational system and group culture.And the effects of organizational system and group culture on members' tacit knowledge sharing behaviour are stronger than that of individual intention on members' sharing behaviour.
