采用折流板反应器水解酸化初沉污泥,研究利用初沉污泥开发碳源的可行性及其工艺特性。在温度为30℃、水力停留时间为24h、生物固体平均停留时间为3d的条件下,经过30d的运行,系统具备了稳定的产酸效果,成功实现了VFAs的积累,酸化液中SCOD、VFAs的最大值分别达到1182mg/L和602.8mg/L。试验过程中,酸化液的碱度随VFAs与SCOD的积累而逐渐增加,并呈现出相近的变化趋势。系统产生稳定的水解酸化效果时,碱度稳定在850mg/L左右。碱度的积累对pH的变化具有缓冲作用,使得pH在整个运行过程中变化不大。三氯甲烷对产甲烷菌的活性具有明显抑制作用,因而可采用投加三氯甲烷的方法来抑制产甲烷菌的活性,使水解酸化效应得以快速恢复。
ABR was used for hydrolysis acidification of primary sludge, and the feasibility of developing carbon source by sludge fermentation and the process features were studied. Under the conditions of temperature 30 ℃ , HRT 24 h and SRT 3 d, the reactor has stable acidogenic effect, and the accumulation of VFAs is successfully achieved after 30 days operation. The maximum SCOD and VFAs of acidification liquid can reach 1 182 mg/L and 602.8 mg/L. During the experiment, the alkalinity of acidification liquid is gradually increased with the accumulation of VFAs and SCOD. The alkalinity is 850 mg/L when the stable hydrolysis acidification efficiency is kept. The accumulation of alkalinity has buffer effect on change of pH value, and the pH value change is not obvious during the whole operation. Trichloromethane can inhibit the activity of methanogenic bacteria so that the hydrolysis acidification effect can be rapidly recovered by adding trichloromethane.
