英文摘要：
The paper elaborates the causes of comprehensive release of two-children policy in detail taking the population status in Shiyan region as an example,and focuses on analyzing the demands of the implementation of comprehensive twochildren policy for the medical resources and its strategies,puts forwards the demand of senile women for the medical resources is bigger than that of common women,and makes sure the implementation way,namely we should solve the medical recourse shortcomings of comprehensive two-children,and the comprehensive two-children endowers the contemporary medical students important roles and responsibilities,calls on every medical student to catch opportunities and face challenges in the practice of the policy thus making more contributions for the healthy two-children and Chinese dream.
