随着电动汽车产业的发展,电动汽车充电行为将对电力系统造成很大影响。为了兼顾电网、充电站、电动汽车三者的利益,实现灵活、快速的调度,提出一个基于多代理系统(MAS)的电动汽车充电控制机制。讨论了各层代理的具体功能和相互间的协调方式,着重分析了电网与充电站之间、充电站与电动汽车之间功率的调配及相关电价的制定。
With the development of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, the charging behavior of EV will impact the power system sizably. An EV charging control mechanism based on multi-agent system (MAS) was proposed to give consideration to both power grid, charging stations and EVs, in order to achieve flexible and quick scheduling. This article discussed the specific functions and the mutual coordinated manner of each layer's agent and emphasized how to dispatch load and set the prices between power grid and charging stations as well as between charging stations and EVs.
