对接触面喷砂处理的5个摩擦型高强螺栓连接试件进行了性能试验,试验结果表明,喷砂处理的接触面抗滑移系数较规范建议值低;高强螺栓的预拉力对接触面的抗滑移系数有影响,预拉力愈大,接触面抗滑移系数愈小。还对其中一个试件做了有限元分析,模拟结果表明,连接板件相对滑动时螺栓孔周围大部分区域的应力达到了板件钢材的屈服强度,而连接破坏时,螺栓孔周围的板件应力均达到了钢材的抗拉强度。
The tests of 5 high strength bolt splicing specimens with sand blasted steel faying surface were reported in this article.Results showed that the slipping coefficient of sand blasted faying surface is lower than that given in codes.The higher the bolt pretension is,the smaller the slipping coefficient will be.One of these specimens was simulated by the finite element to show that the stress of most area near bolt holes reaches the yield strength while the specimen slips,the stress reaches the tensile strength evenly when the specimen fails.
