Taking Wuhan＇s service industry for example, the character of Wuhan＇s service industry growth from 1978 to 2003, is analyzed; then a suitable economic model is designed to test some influencing factors of Wuhan＇s service industry growth by software of Eviews; and the contribution rate of material capital , human capital,the quantity and quality of human capital, institutional factor influencing the economic growth of Wuhan＇s service industry, are measured. At last, some conclusions are drawn; and some related suggestions are put forward.
