On discussing the elements and integration process of relationship capital construction in the network- based growth of SMEs, results show that relationship internal capital, structure capital, relation capital, cognitive capital and relationship value evaluation is the core elements of relationship capital construction. The cooperated firm＇s of network relationship form capability system by integrating the relationship, structure, resources and rules of network relationship elements, and then promote the network-based growth of forms.
