Subsidies for agricultural is a common behavior in many countries. The present paper discusses and concludes, based on the practical experience and research achievements at home and abroad, the functional goals, practical effects, and advantages and disadvantages for market price support, linked direct subsidies and decoupling payments. That apart, by means of comparison and analysis, it provides experience for reference for further improvement in agricultural subsidy policy system and agricultural support and protection institution in fu- ture China.
