A series of MgB2-xCx(X=0、0.02、0.05、0.1、0.13、0.15、0.17)have been prepared in static Ar atmosphere. The high temperature R-T curves of these MgB2-xCx samples with X=0.02、0.05、0.13、0.15、0.17 during they were heated in the temperature-rising process were obtained. The phase-formulation temperature of these carbon-doping samples (X=0.0、0.05、0.1、0.13、0.15、0.17) are slightly lower than MgB2 sample. The X-ray spectrum, M-T curve, R-T curve have also been measured and discussed.
