英文摘要：
Based on the 13 management top journals（ 1996--2013 ）, it reviewed the 45 related articles on the relationship between interorganizational networks and innovation through six aspects, including theoretical basis, outcome variables and empirical results, contingency factors, mediating variables and specific variables. Then, an integrated research framework was put forward based on the thorough literature review. Finally, a discussion on future directions was offered.
