Empowerment perspective emphasizes on the potential of those who have need, in individual,interpersonal relationships and policy, to give themselves enough power to confront the environment with heavy pressure. This article draws attention to the interaction between the social workers and their objects.The researchers explore the empowerment of the workers and their objects based on five year’s observation,especially the empowerment as a process. This article expands the research of empowerment, which draws more attention to the clients before.
