通过拉伸实验研究了电场退火(850℃,25min)对IF深冲钢板塑性应变比(r值)的影响.结果表明,电场退火提高了IF深冲钢板的平均塑性应变比(r^-值).这主要是由于电场退火显著增强了有利于IF深冲钢板塑性应变比的再结晶γ纤维织构{111}(uvw)的强度,同时减弱了不利于IF深冲钢板塑性应变比的再结晶α纤维织构{hkl}(110)的强度所致.
Effects of electric field annealing on plastic strain ratio (r value) of IF (interstitial free) deep drawing steel sheet were studied by mean of tensile test. The results show that electric field annealing improved the average plastic strain ratio (r^- value). This is due to that the electric field annealing reinforced the γ-fiber texture ({lll}(uvw)) and weakened the α-fiber texture ({hkl}(110)) that deteriorated the plastic strain ratio.
