本文在梳理针对这一核心研究问题进展的基础上,首先提出后发企业追赶研究的3个范式转移：研究情境的转移——从新兴工业化国家到转型经济国家;研究内容的转移——从模仿学习到协同创新;研究聚焦的转移——从研发相关创新到非研发相关创新.其次,基于近5年的研究成果,搭建了转型经济背景下后发企业技术创新与商业模式创新追赶路径的总体框架.最后,指出未来研究可以从解构转型经济独特环境、识别独特创新行为和探索创新追赶路径3个方面做出贡献.

英文摘要：

Based upon literature review,it firstly introduced three paradigm shifting trends in the literature of innovation catching-up,namely,from newly industrialized countries to transitional economies,from imitation to collaborative innovation,from RD related innovation to non-RD related innovation. Then it proposed a framework of how Chinese latecomer firms achieve innovation catching-up through technological innovation and business model innovation. Finally,it directed future research to framing unique transitional economic environment,identifying unique innovation behavior,and exploring innovation catching-up paths.
