本文基于一种新型左右手复合结构（CRLH）的非线性相位特性，设计了一系列0度、90度移相器和等相位、90度移相功分器，并总结出设计公式．其尺寸远远小于传统器件，而功能相当．全波仿真结果和部分实验结果验证了该结构的有效性。

英文摘要：

We present a serial of new phase shifters and power dividers based on the nonlinear phase characteristics of a novel composite right/left handed （CRLH） structure and along with the design formula. The new components have much smaller sizes than the traditional components with the equivalent properties. Fuil-wave simulations and some measurement results verify the effectiveness of the new structure.
