针对河北某小型铁矿采空区数量多、体积大的现状,利用FLAC 3D软件对采空区周围岩石的应力和位移变化进行模拟计算,分析了采空区塌陷范围的敏感区域,确定了监测的重点范嗣。建立了采空区围岩声发射监测系统.对采空区地压进行全天候监测,并根据声发射监测数据对空区稳定情况进行分析预测,以保障井下工人的生命安全和矿山的正常生产。
Sensitive areas in cave-in scope in mined-out area were analyzed to determine focuses to be monitored by analog cal- culation being made with FLAC 3D of stress and displacement of rocks in mined out area periphery, in light of the actual occur- rence conditions of a typical iron mine with quantity and volume of mined out area in Hebei. An acoustic emission monitoring sys tern for surrounding rocks in mined out area was developed to conduct all-weather monitoring of underground pressure in the mined-out area and to analyze, forecast stability of the mined-out area based on the data from the acoustic emission monitoring sys- tem. ensuring underground workers to operate in safety and nor- mal production for the mine.
