提出了一种新颖的利用自适应算术编码对AMR—WB自适应多速率宽带语音编码标准中的ISP(Immittance Spectral Pairs)即导抗谱对系数、自适应码本索引、固定码本索引、码本增益进行压缩的方法。基于该方法进一步去除了AMR—WB编码标准中量化后参数的冗余,提高了压缩效率,并且得到了一种可变速率的编码算法。通过对大量语音和音频信号的测试,此方法在保证语音和音频效果及原始编码相同的情况下,在压缩效果上平均能节省5.97%的比特率。
A novel technique of adaptive arithmetic coding of the quantized AMR -WB parameters including ISP, adaptive codebook index, algebraic codebook index and codebook gains is presented. A key feature of the new technique is the adoption of adaptive arithmetic coding. Based on the technique described in this paper, a high degree of adaptation and redun- dancy reduction are achieved. In addition, an efficient variable rate algorithm for AMR - WB is employed. For a set of audio samples used in the application;an average bit- rate saving of 5.97% is achieved while producing audio quality equal to that of the original AMR - WB.
