In the paper we construct the health care management system for intelligent community using C # ASP. NET programming technology and SQL Server2008 database technology. The system can achieve the functions including the devices and personnel information management, real-time display and checking of health physiological parameters and environmental parameters, online appointment making for the community doctors, and health knowledge query and learning, etc. , these provide a quality health services for the elderly patients with chronic. The construction of the system is able to alleviate the medical pressures brought about by the uneven distribution of health resource and the deepening of aging population degree.
