我国农民合作社发展已经到了从量的增长到质的提升阶段,合作社的合作即联合将成为农民合作的发展趋势,联合有利于规模经济、降低交易成本、避免同质化竞争。农民合作社联合发展需要尊重成员意愿,忽视成员意愿将导致农民合作社发展的失败。通过对安徽和江西农民合作社的抽样调研,研究构建了排序Logit模型和二值Logit模型,用以探讨成员对农民合作社发展前景预期以及成员对农民合作社联合发展意愿的影响因素。研究得出：成员对农民合作社联合发展意愿受到年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、对合作社了解程度、合作社发展预期、参与合作时间、合作社发起人类型以及对社长熟悉程度因素的影响,所以农民合作社联合发展需要以成员需求和市场竞争为导向,政府宏观政策的支持与引导,加大合作培训力度,将社会资源良性引入农民合作社发展中。

英文摘要：

Cooperatives have developed from quantity growth to quality improvement in China.Joint development will be the trend of cooperatives,for it is conducive to the economies of scale,reducing transaction costs,avoiding the homogenization of competition.Cooperative joint development need to respect members＇ will;otherwise failure is certain.Based on the survey of Anhui and Jiangxi,this study constructs ordered logit model and the second value logit model to estimate influence factors of cooperatives members＇ development prospects and members＇ will of cooperative joint development.Research shows that the following factors will play significant role in members＇ will for joint development,such as age,education background,family income,the understanding about cooperative,expected cooperative development,cooperation,the person initiating cooperatives,the president of familiarity.So cooperatives joint development needs to be oriented towards members＇ demands and market competition.Government should provide the guidance and support from macroeconomic policy,increase cooperation training efforts,and introduce the social resources into development of cooperatives.
