采用循环伏安(CV)法以酸性硫酸盐溶液为基础液,在不同的电沉积工艺条件下制备纳米晶FeCoNi软磁薄膜,并结合SEM、EDX以及Tafel极化等测试方法研究FeCoNi纳米晶薄膜的微观结构、组成及耐蚀性等相关性能.结果表明:在-0.39~-1.19V(SCE)的电位区间为,可获得致密、均匀且耐蚀性较好的纳米晶FeCoNi合金结构.
Cyclic voltammetry (CV)has been used to prepare nanocrystalline FeCoNi soft magnetic thin films from acidic sulfate solutions by different electroplating technological conditions. The microstructure, composition and the corresponding corrosion resistance of electrodeposited FeCoNi nanocrystalline films were studied by scanning transmission electron microscopy (SEM) , energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and Tafel plots measurements. The results show that uniform and compact nanoerystalline FeCoNi alloy film with good corrosion resistance can be obtained in potential region of -0. 39 - -0. 19 V.
