With the aids of variational methods and delicate estimates, the existenceof nontrivial solutions is obtained for elliptic equations with singular potential -△u-μu/│x│^2=│u│^2＊（s）-^2u/│x│^s＋λu,u∈H0^1,2（Ω） where Ω is an open bounded domain with smooth boundary, μ,λ are two positive parameters.
