利用固定床热解装置对宁夏原煤及其主要显微组分进行研究,考察了热解气相产物的生成规律,结果表明:原煤和显微组分生成H2、CO、CO2和CH4的温度区间和最高生成温度基本一致,但生成量因样品结构特性的不同而有较大差别,温度达到1 000℃后,CO2和CH4几乎释放完全,H2和CO却还有一定量的析出。显微组分在原煤中的含量不是其气相产物产率的权重系数,显微组分在热解过程中存在协同作用。
The pyrolysis process of Ningxia raw coal and the macerals generated during the process were studied by means of fixed bed reactor heated by an external furnace.The formation and release of some gaseous products during pyrolysis were investigated as well.The results show that the temperature range and the highest temperature for H2、CO、CO2 and CH4 formed from the raw coal and its macerals are correspondence,however,there is much more difference in yield due to the difference of sample structure property.Most...
