Based on the analysis of dairy products food safety logistics process and characteristics of the logistics of dairy products, it systematic analyzes three stages which are raw material purchasing admission, dairy packaging, dairy products storage and transportation. The problems of the dairy products companies in dairy supply chain management and the logistics process are looked for and pointed out. It presents the hazard analysis and critical control point（HACCP） for safe operation of the logistics process control plan. Using the ERP to establish the information system of dairy supply chain logistics, it makes the principals of the supply chain logistics sharing dairy logistics information. Besides, it prevents the happening of the dairy safety problems and improves the efficiency of supply chain logistics.
