通过分析贵州省青龙煤矿复合顶板松软煤层巷道原支护失败原因,并结合巷道的控制原理,提出巷道的控制技术:采用喷浆封闭围岩防止复合顶板风化破碎;用高预紧力、高强锚杆控制复合顶板的早期离层和提高围岩自身的承载能力;在允许两帮合理变形的同时,用高强锚杆提高两帮煤体强度;最后对帮角加固,防止帮角剪破坏。
Based on an analysis of the reasons of support failure in soft coal entry under composite roof strata in Qinglong Coal Mine in Guizhou province and also on the basis of the consideration of entry maintenance principles,this paper proposes the entry support technology for entries of this kind: the application of shotcreting to cover the surrounding rock to protect the composite roof from weathering and fracturing;high pre-tightening force and high strength bolts are used to control the early bed separation in the composite roof strata and to reinforce the load-bearing capacity of the rock proper.While allowing the reasonable deformation of both sides of the entry,high strength bolts are used to improve the strength of the coal body at both sides of the entry.Finally,the side-corners are reinforced to prevent their damage caused by shear stress.
