目的评价IOL-Master测量硅油填充眼眼轴长的精确度。方法采用IOL-Master测定玻璃体切割联合眼内硅油填充术3~6个月后行硅油取出术的30例眼的眼轴长度。其中18例在硅油取出同时植入人工晶体(IOL),植入前后分别测量眼轴长。结果硅油取出术前后的眼轴平均长度分别为(24.27±3.01)mm和(24.26±2.79)mm,2组间差异无统计学意义。IOL-Master和A超2种方法测量硅油眼的眼轴长度无显著差异。结论 IOL-Master测量硅油眼眼轴长的精确度高,可用于硅油取出联合IOL植入的IOL度数计算。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of axial length measured with IOL-Master in silicone oil-filled eyes. Methods This study was carried out on 30 eyes that received vitreous surgery with the vitreous replaced by silicone oil. Axial lengths were measured befiwe and after the removal of silicone oil. An IOL-Master was used for measurement. Eighteen eyes received implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) 'after removal. Results The axial length averaged (24.27 ±3.01 ) mm before and (24.26±2.79) mm after the removal of silicone oil. There was no significant difference between the two values. Refractions after IOL implantation measured by the present method and by the conventional ultrasound measurement were essentially the same. Conclusion There is no difference in axial lengths in eyes filled with or without silicone oil when measured by IOL-Master. IOL implantation can be performed immediately after the removal of silicone oil with the accurate axial length measured by IOL-Master.
