提出了一种弧齿锥齿轮数字化滚检的方法,该方法反映了实际齿面的印痕与传动误差以及实际齿面相对于理论齿面在啮合性能上的差别.解决了由加工误差造成的弧齿锥齿轮设计与实际检验的评价基准不统一的问题。以某弧齿锥齿轮为例进行了数字化滚检,并与该对弧齿锥齿轮实际滚检试验结果进行对比,验证了该方法的正确性及可行性。
A digital rolling inspection for spiral bevel gear is presented in the paper, which reflects the imprint of actual gear flank and drive error and the difference in meshing performance of actual gear flank compared with that of theoretical gear flank, solving the discrepancy of evaluation criteria of spiral bevel gear design caused by machining error with the actual inspection. Then we did digital rolling inspection with a spiral bevel gear as example, and compared it with result of the actual rolling inspection test. The result demonstrates correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
