针对目前煤矿深井巷道干喷混凝土易开裂、掉渣问题,结合高应力巷道支护结构高强、高韧的要求,开展湿喷混凝土力学性能试验及工程应用研究。首先对干、湿喷混凝土材料进行了对比,选择了适宜高应力巷道支护的喷混凝土材料,然后通过对比试验,研究试验室配置以及现场喷射干、湿喷混凝土之间的力学性能差异,结果表明:相对于干喷混凝土,湿喷混凝土的抗压、抗拉、抗折、黏结强度都得到显著提高,且第一天强度提高尤其明显,对避免混凝土体开裂、掉渣非常有效。最后经过一段时间试验巷道的观测,干喷混凝土巷道已经出现开裂,而湿喷混凝土巷道依然完好,取得了良好的支护效果。
For dry shotcrete easily crack and lose dregs in deep mine roadway at present,the requirements of high strength and toughness of support structure in high stress roadway, mechanics properties experiment and application studies of wet shotcrete were performed. First of all, material comparison between dry and wet shotcrete and selected shotcrete materials to fit for high stress roadway.Then, the mechanical properties differences between dry and wet shotcrete along with laboratory mading and field shotcrete were studied by using comparative test.The results showed that the compressive, tensile, flexural and bond strength increased evidently in comparison with dry-spray concrete.First day strengh increased more pronounced and can effectively avoid concrete cracking and dreging.The dry shotcrete roadway cracked while wet shotcrete stayed the same, which showed preferable supporting effect after a period of time roadway test observation.
