近年来,制造型企业向服务化转型的趋势愈发明显。本文利用扎根理论对收集到的20个制造型企业服务化转型的成功案例进行分析,归纳总结出制造型企业服务化转型的驱动因素,即制造业服务化的驱动主要来自于转变企业发展方式、提升企业经营绩效、缓冲和降低企业外部风险、响应客户需求4个方面。最后,还构建了制造业服务化的"内部动力-外部压力和拉力"驱动模型,提出了技术创新和商业模式创新双轮驱动、树立制造服务系统观等建议。本研究有助于厘清制造型企业服务化的驱动机制,对制造型企业向服务化转型升级提供了理论支持。
In recent years, servitization of manufacturers is becoming more and more obvious. Based on 20 typical cases, this study ana- lyzed the driving factors and mechanism of servitizatiou of manufacturers by grounded theory approach, which shows that transformation of development mode, enhancement of business performance, reduction of external risks, and response to cus- tomer needs are the main driving factors. At the same time, the study built the theoretical model of "internal push force-exter- nal pressure and pull force" model and interpreted the mechanism of servitization. This research will help manufacturers un- derstand the driving factors of servitization more clearly and provide theoretical support for transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturers.
