英文摘要：

The rationalization of spatial retailing distribution has important effect on city economic development circulating resource allocation, resident consumption demand satisfaction. This paper analyzes spatial retailing distribution in Beijing and the coordination between retailing distribution and population distribution according to the second general survey with such mathematical methods as most appromiximating index, unbalanced index, geography connection rate, etc. It concludes that there appears a trend of decentralization in the retailing spatial distribution in Beijing. Of the raried distribution patterns, the hightest degree of clustering is reflected in the industry of computer and office software. With good coordination with Beijing＇s poplulation density, it can fully exerts its service funtion appeared; All kinds of retailing in Beijing city agglomerate in spatial distribution, but the strength of agglomeration in various retailing is different, and the biggest of all is computer, software, and office equipments retailing. The coordination between retailing distribution and population distribution is satisfying, and this will be good for developing its service function.
