为了推动科学进步，促进科学向综合性发展，本文结合沈阳建筑大学交叉学科研究生培养情况，针对研究生招生、培养、学位授予三个阶段进行研究，形成符合土建类院校交叉学科研究生培养模式。实践证明，科学、规范地设置交叉学科，建立与交叉学科发展相适应的创新人才培养模式，有利于复合型人才培养，也有利于使科学本身向着更深屡次和更高水平发展。

In order to promote the development of science to be comprehensive,this article combines with the cultivation of interdisciplinary graduate student in Shenyang Jianzhu University,studying on the three stages of postgraduate enrollment,training,degree granting.It has formed a mode Of cultivating interdisciplinary graduate student fit in with civil construction colleges.Practice has proved that setting interdisciplinary scientifically and normatively,and the establishment of innovative talents training mode adapting to the development of interdisciplinary , are beneficial to the training of composite talents,and making science develop towards a deeper and higher level.
