英文摘要：
S-shape acceleration/deceleration （acc/dec） motion control is an important function in advanced transistor die bonder. The S-shape ace/dec algorithm was studied, the motion parameter was configured based on the processing technique of transistor die bonder. The dichotomy iterative algorithm was used to calculate the time or displacement of the motion, and the algorithm was implemented onto the computer and examples are given to show the application in the transistor die bonder system. The result shows that this algorithm is effective.
