S曲线加减速运动控制是中高档三极管粘片机系统中的一项重要功能。对S曲线加减速度算法进行了研究,从三极管粘片机的运动控制流程工艺要求出发,设置系统不同的运动参数。运用二分法迭代的编程思维对时间控制和行程进行检测计算,给出了算法在三极管粘片机系统控制应用实例,计算结果表明,二分法的迭代计算是高效的。
S-shape acceleration/deceleration (acc/dec) motion control is an important function in advanced transistor die bonder. The S-shape ace/dec algorithm was studied, the motion parameter was configured based on the processing technique of transistor die bonder. The dichotomy iterative algorithm was used to calculate the time or displacement of the motion, and the algorithm was implemented onto the computer and examples are given to show the application in the transistor die bonder system. The result shows that this algorithm is effective.
