该文制备了一种含DNA单链结构的汞离子吸附材料,并研究了其对水中汞离子的去除能力。在聚乙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯薄膜(PE-g-PGMA)J2,利用接枝链上的环氧基团与氨基的加成反应,将末端被氨基修饰的富含胸腺嘧啶碱基的DNA单链固定于PE表面,得到含DNA单链结构的功能聚乙烯。通过光电子能谱(XPS)分析证明,DNA单链被成功固定在PE基材表面。汞离子吸附实验结果表明,该吸附材料在0.5μg/L以下的低浓度下仍能吸附汞离子。
A mercury ion extraction material with DNA single string structure was synthesized and the extract performance of the material was studied. Thymine-containing-DNA single string modified with amino group was introduced onto the PE film grafted with Glycidyl Methacrylate (PE-g-PGMA)via the addition reaction of amino group with epoxy group. The existence of DNA single string structure of the modified film was proven by XPS analysis. The mercury ion extraction results indicated the material can chelate with mercury ions even lower than 0.5 μg/L in concentration.
