Some maintenance and management experiences of large instruments were introduced. This paper also analyzed the main problems of the maintenance and management about the single crystal diffractive instrument and discussed how to exert the action and benefit of the apparatuses ,which if of benefit to the maintenance and management for other large instruments and equipments. The article also put forward a new evaluating method of utilization efficiency of large instruments and equipments.
