不连沟煤矿9.5 m宽切眼顶板含泥岩夹层并少量渗水,宽切眼顶板面临支护难题。分析了宽切眼上覆岩层结构和巷道围岩结构的稳定性,研究了薄基岩含泥岩夹层切眼顶板支护技术,提出了采用工字钢托梁、单体液压支柱及顶板打超前钎杆补强支护,并在切眼顶板中部大小断面接茬处对工字钢托梁进行搭接处理的支护设计方案。现场实测表明,该支护方案能有效控制9.5 m宽切眼围岩的变形。
According to the complicated condition of the cut-hole roof including mudstone interbed and little seepage in Buliangou coal mine,the cut-hole roof was mainly faced the supporting problems,the stability of overlying cut-hole roadway's overlying strata structure and roadway surrounding rock structure were analysed,the support technology of roof includes mudstone interbed and thin bedrock were reserched.The roof reinforcement by use of I-shaped steel beam single prop and beat drill rod and by use of I-shaped steel beam of lap treatment design scheme at the middle of cut-hole section were put forward.By the site investigation,the deformation of cut-hole roadway surrounding rock is controlled.
