经过对地区多行业大中型单位的抽样,对信息安全在岗人才梯队建设情况进行了问卷及访谈调查,从人员在岗情况、具体人员的专业化程度等进行了多维度的考察、分析,发现民用领域信息安全人才专业化建设方面存在较大缺陷,本文提出了应对之策。
By sampling based on the units is large and medium-sized in the area, questionnaire and interview investigation was launched for personnel echelon construction based on information security. Research and analysis were carried out through multiple dimensions, such as personnel structure, professionalization degree and so on. Countermeasures were proposed according to the existing defects in the personnel development for information security professionals based on civilian areas.
