利用二(2-二苯基膦基)苯基醚(DPEphos)和6,7-二氰基二吡啶并[2,2-d:2',3'-f]喹喔啉(Dicnq)为配体,合成一种Cu(Ⅰ)配合物磷光材料[Cu(DPEphos)(Dicnq)]BF4,研究了该材料的光物理特性及电化学性质.研究结果表明:该材料溶液的低温发射光谱与溶剂的极性和溶液的浓度有着较强的依赖关系,随着溶剂极性的增强和溶液浓度的增大,配合物的低温光致发光光谱发生明显的红移.采用密度泛函B3LYP方法,从理论上进一步证实了该配合物的发光跃迁类型为MLCT跃迁.该材料在320℃时才开始分解,说明其具有非常好的热稳定性,适合真空镀膜工艺.
A Cu(Ⅰ) complex of [Cu(DPEphos)(Dicnq)]BF4(1) was prepared from [Cu(CH3CN)4]BF4,bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl] ether(DPEphos) and 6,7-dicyanodipyrido [2,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline(Dicnq) in CH2Cl2 at room temperature.The photophysical and electrochemical properties of 1 were investigated in detail.The results show that the photoluminescent(PL) spectra of 1 in low temperature have a strong dependence on the polarity of solvent and the concentration of 1 in CH2Cl2 solution.With the increase of the solvent polarity and the concentration of 1 in CH2Cl2 solution,the PL spectra demonstrate remarkable red-shift.The PL spectra of 1 are dominated by metal-to-ligand charge transfer transition which is further confirmed by B3LYP level of density functional theory calculations.The Cu(Ⅰ) complex exhibits excellent thermal stability and relatively short excited lifetime.
