基于GIS平台支持下,利用人工神经网络技术进行区域水资源压力评价的方法和思路探讨,完成了指标体系的构建、数据处理、评价模型的建立。将此方法应用到西安市水资源压力的评价,结果表明:该方法具有理论上的可行性和现实意义,西安市2000-2005年的水资源压力整体上呈增大趋势,存在巨大的水资源压力隐患,水资源与人类经济环境发展不协调。
Xi'an City is a region with shortage of water resources, where the total annual volumes of precipitation and available water resources are 74.2 ×10^8 m3 and 26.66×10^8 m3, in which the volumes of surface water and groundwater are 21.78 ×10^8 m3 and 17.27×10^8 m3, respectively. Since recent years, exploitation and utilization of water resources in the city is uncoordinated, the exploitation degree of groundwater is high, but the utilization de- gree of surface water is low. In this paper, a new method and an idea of evaluating regional water resources stress is put forward based on GIS and artificial neural network, and a lot of work concerning development of the index system and the evaluation model as well as data processing. The method is applied to evaluate water resources stress in Xi'an City. The result proves that the method has theoretical feasibility and realistic significance, the water re- sources stress in Xi'an was generally in an increase trend during the period from 2000 to 2005, there is a serious hidden danger in water resources, and the economic and environmental development is uncoordinated with available water resources.
