Future wireless network services were analyzed,and the fact that the quality of experience（QoE）of users was going to be the main target of future wireless network services was reviewed.In LTE-A,through the QoE fairness analysis of different businesses and systems,the users＇ QoEs were used as the basis for resource allocation,and a QoE proportional fair scheduling algorithm（QoE-PF）based on the classical proportional fair algorithm was proposed,which improved the users＇ QoE fairness.Simulation results show that the QoE-PF algorithm has good QoE fairness.
