采用了PC68数字高阻计和WE-100型液压万能试验机,研究了甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(Methpa)用量对环氧树脂E-51绝缘灌注胶电阻率和抗压强度的影响,并采用红外光谱(FTIR)对不同配比的共混物的固化程度进行定量分析,进一步探讨其影响机理。结果表明:当Methpa用量为70phr时,由于环氧树脂绝缘灌注胶的固化度达到99%,电阻率(体积电阻率1.78×10^16Ω·cm,表面电阻率8.55×10^15Ω)和抗压强度(113.45MPa)达到最大。
The effect of anhydride amount on the resistivity and compressive strength of epoxy resin pouring sealant was investigated by using PC68 digital high resistance meter and WE - 100 hydraulic universal testing machine, and dif- ferent proportions of the blends about curing degree were investigated by using FFIR.
