介绍了知识流失及其类型的相关研究,基于不同的归因,从企业内部知识转移过程、外部传播过程、战略收缩以及员工离职四个方面,对企业知识流失及其影响因素进行了比较分析,从而对于全面认识和防止知识流失提供借鉴。
This paper introduces certain research concerning the knowledge loss and its types. Meanwhile, it makes a comparative analysis of the enterprise knowledge loss and the influence factors based on four different attributions, such as the enterprise internal knowledge transfer process, the external communication process, the strategic contraction as well as the employee turnover, which could be reference for all round understanding and preventing knowledge loss.
