RIN1蛋白是人体内第一个特征性Ras效应蛋白,不仅可以通过调节Ras与Rab5蛋白的结合介导EGFR、TβR等受体的内吞作用,还可以直接激活ABL酪氨酸激酶活性。已有研究发现RIN1在膀胱癌、结肠癌、慢性粒细胞白血病等多种肿瘤的发生发展中发挥了重要作用。本文就此进行简要综述。

The Ras and Rab interactor 1（RIN1） is originally identified as a Ras effector, which is involved in the direct activation of ABL tyrosine kinase activity and Rab5-mediated endocytosis via interacting with EGFR and TβR. Researches have showed that RIN1 played an important role in the origin and development of multiple tumors like bladder urothelial carcinoma, colorectal cancer and chronic myeloid leukemia. In this review we briefly summarize the research progression of RIN1 in tumorigenesis.
