为探究壳聚糖对木粉/PVC复合材料力学性能的改善效果,采用正交试验法,进行壳聚糖增强杉木粉/PVC复合材料的制备工艺及方案优化探究。结果表明:当壳聚糖分子量为860 000,挤出机料筒四个区域的温度分别为135、155、178、190℃,双螺杆转速为25r/min,模头温度180℃时,所制备的壳聚糖增强杉木粉/PVC复合材料的外观质量、物理力学性能指标均较佳。
To investigate the effect of chitosan(CS)on physical and mechanical properties of wood flour/polyvinyl chloride(WF/PVC)composites,an extrusion technology for making the composites was studied through orthogonal experimental design.The results indicated that the composites showed better appearance quality,physical and mechanical properties with processing temperatures of 135 ℃,155 ℃,178 ℃,190 ℃ and 180 ℃ from barrel to shaping die,rotation speed of 25 rpm and chitosan molecular weight of 860 000.
