通过野外采样和室内控制实验,初步研究了水丝蚓对稻田上覆水氮素浓度的影响。结果表明,水丝蚓扰动增加了上覆水中的溶解性无机氮浓度。在3种形式的溶解态无机氮(NO3--N、NO2--N、NH4+-N)中,水丝蚓对NO3--N浓度的升高作用最为显著。利用底生动物的扰动作用,可开发稻田养分调控的生物-生态技术,为稻田复合种养的深化、农业生产结构的优化、农业科技含量的提高提供支持。
Effects of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri on nitrogen concentration in surface water of paddy field were preliminarily studied through sampling in field and control experiment in lab.The results showed that bioturbation of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri promotes the DIN concentration in surface water.In three forms of DIN(NO3——N,NO2——N,NH4+-N),Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri has the most remarkable increasing effect on NO3——N concentration.Using bioturbation of benthic animals,biological-ecological technology for nutrient regulation in paddy field can be developed,so as to provide support for deepening of integrated farming of paddy field,optimization of agricultural production structure,as well as improvement of agricultural science and technology.
